Morandi Toys Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Scope of Application

This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all products purchased through the Morandi Toys website in the following situations: products damaged during shipping or incorrect products received; products that significantly differ from website descriptions; manufacturing defects discovered after receiving the product. Note: To ensure cross-border logistics efficiency, no-reason returns/exchanges may not apply, or buyers may need to bear international shipping costs.

2. Return/Exchange Application Period

You may apply for return/exchange within 7 days of receiving the product (we recommend uploading product photos as proof). Orders beyond 7 days may not be eligible for return/exchange.

3. Return/Exchange Process

Please submit your return/exchange request through our website customer service email: moranditoys@gmail.com. Your email must include: order number, product name, problem description, and photo proof. We will respond within 2 business days and provide return address and instructions. After receiving confirmation email, customers can send back the product with original packaging.

Note: To ensure processing efficiency, please do not return products directly without our confirmation.

4. Shipping Cost Information

Quality issues/incorrect shipments: Morandi Toys will cover international return shipping costs and reshipping costs.

Non-quality issues (e.g., size, style preferences): Buyers must bear international return shipping costs, reshipping costs will be covered by the merchant (may be waived under certain circumstances).

5. Refund Method

All refunds will be processed through the original payment method (PayPal). Refund processing time: 3-5 business days after receiving and confirming the returned product. PayPal fees and exchange rate fluctuations may result in slight differences in the refund amount.

6. Important Notes

Products must be kept in original packaging with tags and attachments intact, otherwise return/exchange may be affected. We recommend using trackable international shipping methods when returning products to verify shipping status. For damaged or lost return packages, please keep shipping receipts for us to assist with processing.
